I've tried WBTB three times now, each time for about 5-10 min. The first two times I came very close to realizing it is a dream. My attempt last night resulted in a really good LD, but I feel as if the control was a bit less strong than usual and I don't remember it very well. |

Actually, i've read that anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours is the recommended time. But as you progress, you'll find out that you have to do what works for you. |
