Ok, so I wake up fine, and I can visualize fine.... but after a couple seconds, I get this feeling of pressure on my chest. Make up something to explain it. Put on something really tight in the dream like a bullet-proof vest. Or, a favorite that I have when face with really uncomfortable/itchy places. Imagine that you have a wound or similar in that area. You can even build upon that if you'd like to create a good dream scene. (an epic battle in which you got sliced)
