      Question WBTB and Physical Excersice

      Hi!!

      twice a week i do the WBTB and WILD method to get lucid (never got lucid yet... but i'm sure im getting better at it)

      ok, i've read people saying that it's most recommended to wake up and do stuff to awaken yourself before going back to WILD.

      and i would like to know if anybody does phisical excersice to awaken themselves.

      i personally do acrobatics ( i think thats the word, i know it like Acrobacia)
      and well, if i wake up and give it a go, i'll probably wake up pretty fast, it requires a lot of mental work, controlling specific muscles at high speeds, along with stretching.

      but maybe it'll wake me up too much ?

      I wouldn't use exercise when doing a WBTB. It will wake up your body too much and therefore make it harder to get back to sleep from it.
      It's best just to do something to wake up your mind, therefore making it easier to WILD and be conscious when entering a dream state.
      Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
