      Lucid Dreaming on Transports?

I was recently on a plane ride in which I decided to take a nap. Now, I've gotten into the habit in which whenever I go to sleep, I think of LDing. (Too bad I didn't try until near the end of the trip...)

You know when you're on the plane, you have to swallow to clear your ear of the fuzzyness caused by pressure? I didn't and they were the perfect earplugs. I just had to close my eyes and it was pretty relaxing.

Then, because it's a plane seat, there's not much room to move around in making it a great spot for WILDing.

And I don't know about you, but the ever so slight rumbling. The gentle, gentle vibrations from the engines really helped.

It was like the perfect spot for a WILD. I normally take at the very least 40 minutes to enter sleep paralysis. On the plane, it was like 10. I started to feel waves of hot and cold, and I was numb...and than the captain said we were landing.

Now until I can get on to another plane (which isn't until Christmas) to experiment some more. I'd like to know about anyone else's experiences. Not just about planes though, also cars, buses, ferries, any form of transportation. I would imagine it would be pretty similar. Low vibrations, not much movement space. I haven't had the occasion to try it, anyone else?

I had several during a recent week long Alaskan cruise. Maybe it was the rocking?

Why? Did the rocking affect something in the dream?

I would have thought it would be harder to WILD in an enclosed space like that, as its supposedly easier to enter SP when comfy and relaxed.
      But I'm probably wrong.
I'll have to give it a go next time I'm on a plane..
Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
