yadeyadeyadeya. Alot of theorising of wether nuts may or may not help: I actually just was reading wikipedia on Tryptophane and found out that Nuts, Bananas and Milk are excellent sources of Tryptophane.

And Tryptophane is the natural precursor of the neurotransmitters serotonine which partially regulates sleep. Serotonine makes us Happy, Energetic and more focussed/sharp, which is why when you're suffering from emotional depression you feel lifeless, miserable and sometimes very dissociated from reality/woozy/clouded and out of focus. So more Tryptophan means more resources to convert into Serotonine.

I can imagine that sleeping with a higher than average Serotonine level will cause you to have more vivid, memorable and linear dreams. So maybe this is worth some experimentation; Pre-load up with tryptophane rich foods like nuts before sleep.

Serotonin actually supresses REM sleep, but you may get more vivid and longer dreams later in the sleep cycle because of the REM rebound effect.

hmmz interresting. Perhaps with the right timing an REM-rebound could be achieved while in mid dream. Just like Marijuana surpresses REM-sleep too, but smoking Marijuana every weekend will cause you to have maniacally vivid dreams due to an induced constant state of REM-rebound.

Alot of people have found help in the substance Choline, whereas I have found help in (rediculously small amounts of) Anti-Cholinergics found in the Flower who's name shall not be mentioned. This is because choline causes vivid dreams and anti-cholinergic substances surpress choline resulting, eventually, in a massive choline rebound: The most maniacal nightmares I've had since childhood.

Maybe I might try experimenting with a mix of Tryptophan (Supplements, bananas, nuts, milk), Anti-cholinergic Flower who's name shall not be mentioned-Tea and Mild MAO-inhibitors like those found in Chocolat(cacao) and Passionflower right before bedtime.
