Before we start, not that anyone cares or anything, but I sent my laptop back to Currys and I got Windows reinstalled on my laptop and everything's back to normal.
So anyway, I recently "acquired" the lucid dreaming kit by Bradley Thompson and although the book wasn't of any use to me (Stuff I already knew) but the audio stimulation CD gave me a really good long lucid dream last night.
Now I can't tell you if it was exactly the audio that did it, but looking over it today, the pieces fell into place. I can't either tell you if it was a WILD in real life, or a WILD in the dream.
I decided I would listen to the audio stimulation CD on my Mp3 player while sleeping as it's supposed to be listened to. I've done this before but it would always fall out of my ears or something so it didn't work. It must have stayed in this time because I dreamt/Did WILD successfully and it was rather longer than usual. I'll not go into too much depth about my dream but basically I was having multiple WILDS and I seemed to crack the lucid dreaming code almost. I could hear really loud noises covering out all other sounds, and it seemed to be like my brainwaves, telling me something (Although, i'm starting to think it was the binaural beats and the "You are dreaming" prompts on the CD.)
I tried to put my hand through the pillow to make it go through the bed, but it never worked as much, but it did feel kind of floaty.
So that's pretty much about it. The Audio Stimulation CD lasts about 8 or 12 hours and it includes binaural beats and audio prompts.

Audio Stimulation CD
-- The ULTIMATE lucid dreaming accessory, with binaural beats, reality prompts & more!
I wouldn't recommend buying the LDK as the book isn't too good and the 'secrets' he talks about are already well known. But the Stimulation CD is exceptional.
