      vibrations ruined my WILD

I have been succesfull with WILD twice before, within the same week so I was most likely doing somthing right. The last one i had was 4 days ago. 3 days ago i was too tired and coulnd't concentrate enough to WILD. @ days ago i got up and walked around to try to fix my problem of being too tired, it did but then i was too awake to WILD and it didn't work. Last night i found the happy medium and was set. I layed down and pictured my dream, well tried to. It was different last night, the first frew times i could see my dreams as i played them out in my head. Last night i just kind of went over it in my head with no luck. Soon enough though the hypngogic imagery came in, the usual swirls of color. then it started to form people and soon enough i was in full scenery. It still didn't seem to be all that clear and i knew it was still hypnagogic imagery because i had to tell the dream what to happen, the same way i do as i plan out my dream while falling asleep. Normal dreams for me just happen and i just lift my hand up to look at, then the rest of my body follows. This wasn't like that though. The imagrey went on for mabye 10 minutes or so, im used to no more than 1 minute 30 seconds or so. I was wondering when the dream would finnaly come when i felt the vibrations, now since i've never felt them before i was kind of suprised. It felt like i was sitting in one of those massage chairs but it was my entire body. So first i got kind of a rush and then i realized that i hsould stay calm and told myself it was normal but it was too late. I already had sort of a rush built up and woke up. I woke up paralysed but couldn't use it to my advantage because i couldn't fall asleep again.I just remembered something actually, when i woke up today i tried eating chocolate, which may have been why my patterns were different tonight. Anyway, if anyone has any other ideas of why this might of happened please help me out, because those two WILD's were amazing and i don't want to lose the ability to WILD.Thanks.

I tried WILD again tonight and it worked. It did take longer and more effort than the first two that i've had. I did have vibrations again tonight, about four different times (because it took a while for me to enter the dream). During the vibrations i was in sort of a half dream state and could see the scenery and i was aware that i was in the dream, but i was also aware of my body which every few minutes would begin to have more vibrations. But i kept with it and finally entered a lucid dream, actually i was pulled out of my sleeping body by an angel and was afraid to go becuase ithought i died...guess that if i did i woulnd't be typing this though. Im going to post the dream in another forum since this isnt' the right one. If anyone has any ideas on why its getting harder to enter the dream state please help me. Thanks.

About all I can offer is my congratulations and just encourage you to keep on trying! Sounds like you are doing pretty well to me!

It does get easier, at least that is what I have been told. I still have to work at it to do WILD.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

My goodness.. you had an Out of Body Experience (OBE). That's wilder than a WILD!! Next time, follow the angel. I don't know why it's hard for you to get into dream state and I also don't know why one of the hardest things to achieve (OBE) came so easily to you. hmmmmmf

WILDs are fun.. i'm beginning to like throwin myself into the vibrations and goin deeper and deeper into it. Remember this.. if you are goin nowhere with the WilD, think of yourself as sinking or spinning.. and you'll go in.

Yeah, OBEing is hard for me because i'm high-keyed, and i can't let go easily.. one time though i threw myself through a wall... (i'm into forcefull OBE's..)

Sometime i'm gonna try to invade peoples dreams... hehehe, people i hate, would be great to give them nightmares.

Well I wasn't trying to have an OBE, I wasn't even thinking about them so it was kind of unsespected. I didn't even realize that's what it was. It was a pretty cool feeling because I concentrated on my breathing for only a few seconds then it caught on me and i noticed how hard it was to breathe, so i was about ready to get up and change posistions when I felt myself being lifted and completely let go of my sleeping body. I was hesitant because I thought that I might have died, since the angel pulled me from my body. It was a good feeling at first being pulled from my body, leaving behind the uncomfortable breathing but it sort of scared me thinking that I had died. I guess thats how i picture death, being lifted from your body by an angel. Well i guess it turns out that I didn't die.
