Thread: My frequently RCing idea...

Earlier, I was walking in the mall, and I had an idea. While going through all the different stores, each with a new atmosphere, I came up with a new idea for RCing.

I do an RC every time that I change atmospheres or go into another room.

So...

Wake up, RC
Take a shower, RC
Get out, RC
Go into the living room, RC
Go outside, RC
Get in Truck, RC
Get out, RC

Etc. Etc. Etc.

So pretty much you're not missing any changes in environment without making sure you're not dreaming. Since your dreams contain so many different environments, this could come in very handy in theory.

And if you're staying in the same place for a bit, you can always randomly think to RC like I do sometimes.

Yep, this is a great method. It really trains your brain to remember what you tell it to do, too. If you can get your brain to obey you and remember to RC every time your environment changes, then you can most definitely get your brain to obey you when you tell it to become lucid!

yeah, this is already pretty popular. I myself try to use it. I couldn't find the thread, but it was about RCing everytime you pass through a door (which is obviously a change in environment).

The trouble is you need to be so disciplined..I've been working at it!

I'm going to try to start doing this too. Hopefully this will help my dry-spell. It's a good idea.
