      NO effort dreams

You probably do this without realizing it before you go to sleep. You think. And those thoughts turn into dreams.

Now, This comes with a story. I have this dreamsign, water, but only if I'm swimming. So I'm trying to think of a way to induce WILDs and I think of this way that involves meditation. Basicaly, I laid on my bed, back straight, and started thinking with each breath, WATER, and then changing to a new water scene. I did this for two nights, each night I had a water dream. But I didn't fall into the water.

Then I thought, duh. Do it with a reality check, stupid!

So my method goes like what I said above, except you think, HANDS, AWAKE (with a vision of normal hands) and HANDS, ASLEEP (with distorted hands)!

Try it and see what happens. The fact that this happens naturally aids it a LOT. In wilds, maybe you will be thinking about a piano and when you're dreaming, the piano is still there. It just happens, which makes this a good way to get Lucid!

Try it out, y'all! THinking isn't an effort!
