      Unable to move

      Last night I had my first lucid dream that I could fully remeber. I was counting to 100 in my head when all of the sudden I fell through my bed and everythingwent black with vibration. I couldn't move or do anything and even when I tried I lost lucidity. If there is any advice on staying lucid of getting out of SP please let me know. Thank you.

      Usually when what you described happens to me, I just keep relaxed (but alert) and all of a sudden I'll end up in a dream.

      However, if you are seeing images, I would suggest trying to "reach for them" to get yourself in the dream faster. Once during SP, I was seeing a TV with random scenes and "stepped" into the dream that way.

      Also, sometimes I'll just be seeing spots or something so I will imagine that the spot is where I want to go in the distance and imagine myself flying towards it. By the time I reach the spot I go into it and am into the dream.

      I saw a white figure heading towards me and a deep voice but it was very faded and i woke up withing a matter of 5 seconds.

      You gotta accept the feelings of SP and learn to enjoy them... Once your through all of them you'll find it easy to enter a dream. If you need anymore help PM me.

      Wow. Looks like it'll be a blast for me, when I receive my first WILD some day, falling through the bed and all. It'll be just like some kind of roller coaster.

      All this talk about SP just leaves me flat. I've been LDing for 32 years, and have never experienced it. Strange, or maybe not?
