False Awakenings every night, how do I turn into LDs?

I have a false awakening usually ever night, some nights I do not but its common for me to have one a night. Aot of nights I might have 3-6 false awakenings, but I always think they are really me waking up. Like I will wake up and check my alarm and hit the snooze button, but it was a false awakening. I might do this like 6 times a night sometimes, but how do I captalize on this and turn it into a LD? It seems impossible for me to know its a dream sometimes, lol.

You should put a peice of paper on your alarm clock that says "Reality check" or even just "RC" and then after awhile this will translate into your dreams. Then you just do a reality check when you see it and, bam! Lucidity.
Also you could just do reality checks everytime that you wake up. and then eventually you'd do those in dreams.
      I never get false awakenings

Start a dream journal. Write something down every time that you wake up, train yourself to do a reality check as you do it. Similar idea as above, but this way you increase your dream recall as well.

Well last night I had many false awakenings, and lately ive been having a very odd false awakening. I will think I have woken up and will try to induce a wild, and it always works the same way. I start to go to sleep and I try to deeply relax my self, like give myself goosebumps and the same thing always happens.

Once I do this I get the buzzing feeling and a pleasurable vibrating, then I go out of my body. Like I can fly around kinda, but everything is dark and I cannot see. Then I could see a bit and there was like a life meter at the top of my view and it was running out, and like I felt when it filled up I would either die or go back to my body, it filled up and I went back to my body where I had another false awakening. This has been happening alot to me lately, where I have a false awakening that leads to vibrating and out of body type experience in darkness where I wake up to another false awakening. ( the life bar thing was only last night though).

I always have usually have foggy memory on exactly what happened, as I feel it was embedded in alot more false awakenings and dreams. I had a few more false awakenings last night also, its all a bit odd and frustrating considering I cannot remember the exact details and I cannot go lucid. So what is this all about?

Very easy..get a flashlight and put it beside Ur bed. Whenever U wake up do a RC with it..it WILL FAIL! And when it does do the watch RC..... It works almost everytime for me..problem is I'm not as lucky as U to have FAs that often.... Good Luck!

      Yeah, to summarize...

RC everytime you wake up. If its real, you'll know, if its a dream, you're lucid.

ok guys had another one last night, this time I was making out with a girl and I thought hey Im awake, I can be lucid...but everything went black and I tried to go lucid but heres what happened. This happens alot also, like I start to barely see my room and I think oh crap, im awake now...I can see my room. So I fully open my eyes and sure enough I can see my room. But it was a false awakening.

The problem is I never have a clue that it could be a false awakening, so it does not even enter my mind to do a reality check. How do I fix this? Thanks

I think that the best solution is the one blakkin gave you: make it your habit to do a reality check every time you wake up - for you can never be sure whether you woke up for real! In the eyes of the less gifted dreamers like myself the frequency of your false awakenings is a real blessing, for it can be quite easily turned into lucidity.

Also, try to pay attention to subtle details that can give away the unreality of your awakening. When you wake up in a dream, do you see or feel anything out of the ordinary inside your room? For example, do you feel menace, or hear voices, or are there people in the room or in your apartment that you know shouldn't be there? If any of these are true, there's a chance you didn't wake up at all.

Great advice guys, if I could turn my false awakenings into lucid dreams that would be awesome. I will for now on do some sort of reality check every morning I wake up and hope I reconize it eventually, how long should it take?

That's the lucid dreamings "Catch 22".

The reality check is done best when you do away with thinking of result. The original name for the technique is 'reflection technique', and its real purpose is to break our habitual patterns of thought and behavior: if you're doing a reality check thinking about what outcome it will bring in the future, then you are definitely missing the point. While performing the RC try to bring your mind to the present moment - for in this moment you can be in a dream.

Just a friendly advice. Given that you have false awakenings on the regular basis there's a pretty big chance you'll become lucid the next time you will dream of waking up.

So I really need to second guess if when I wake up is reality or not. That makes sense, I have a feeling im gonna get lucid tonight, lol. I think I will do a reality check before I go to bed also, because who knows....I could be dreaming. Ive had dreams where I think I could be dreaming then think dude your not, this is real life, lol.

But yea I think false awakenings are good, and I should get lucid here one day. I go through stages sometimes though when I dont get false awakenings for nights, think im just forgetting them?
