      MILD? Or something else?

I remember this technique I attempted made me successful, and I had my first Lucid on Saturday.

What I did was, I woke up after my dream, about 2 hours before I usually get up. When I woke, I wrote that dream on my phone. I fell back asleep, and a few hours later I had my LD.

      I had a DILD

I think my dream was at 8:00AM, and my lucid was at around 10:00AM

      What is this technique? MILD?

      LDs: 3

      DILD(s) = 3

Third one was really short and unstable

Dream Initiated Lucid Dream, where you realise you're dreaming in the dream, and become lucid from there

      You sleep late!

That's cool! Congrats! I think a MILD is where you wake up, but "consciously" slip back into dreaming, essentially going from waking to LD.
