That's how long i've been trying to improve my dream recall and get a lucid dream. Now, I know it isn't very long yet, but i'm seeing little improvment. I've tried a few different techniques and the only one that i've made any progress with is when I set my alarm for a few times in the night; I tend to remember my dreams then. But I would really prefer to be able to sleep hrough the night and still remember my dreams, is this achievable? Also, will working on my dream recall and reality checks be enough to get a lucid dream? |
