mmm....
1) before going to sleep...imagine doing a reality check....and continuing with your dream in a new lucid-state. do this a few times. make sure you "understand" that you WILL NOT WAKE up.
2) once you reality check....almost straight away look at your hands. inspect them and rub them together. focus of the sight, sound and feel. focusing should held stabilise the dream.
3) then start doing what you wanted to...but if its starts to fade (sometimes this happens to me whilst im travelling somewhere)....focus your sight on a medium/far object...and just run straight at it. focus on "getting there, no matter what". if you are like me 9/10, the dream will rebuild.
4) REMEMBER: the more times you awake from excitement, the faster you get over the excitement. Failure brings you closer to success next time.
