      Exclamation vibrations?

Last night,I attempted WILDing once again.I concentrated on my breathing for quite some time, then,my fingers tingled,as well as my toes.At one point,my chest.I waited a while longer to see if I would be entering the dream, but nothing happened. So I sat up,my hands, what felt like, asleep.I hadn't concentrated TOO good, but I think I was almost ready. Are these the vibrations?
On my way to getting a LD!

For me, which may or may not be the same for you, the vibrations feel exactly like what happens when I tilt my chin slightly up and tense the muscles in the back of my neck as hard as I can. I can't keep my head still, causing it to vibrate rapidly, but with low amplitude. When I'm trying to WILD, this happens, but my muscles are totally relaxed. It usually starts in my neck and head too.

I only feel numbness when my hands are on my chest or belly, and then only in my forearms.

For me the tinglies aren't a sign of anything other than relaxation. Vibes for me are I think a sense of vertigo: the room rocking from side to side. I don't get those as often as I used to though.

I'm not sure if tinglies are really considered vibes... but for somet they might be.
