The problems with WBTB are as follows:
  1. People may think it's a waste of time.
  2. It can make you not sleep - The alarm clock seeks your attention.
  3. People do not understand fully what they have to do.
  4. People do not understand fully how long they should spend awake.
  5. Loss of sleep.

Basically people aren't exactly right if they're saying WBTB's no problem at all. Because really - It's a big thing. People just say it's easy because they're experienced at it, not trained, but experienced, meaning they know how it's done. Other people, like me, have a problem with it. I was up untill 7.30 am. Originally I was meant to go to bed at 2:30 am but my alarm kept me focussed and extremely uncomfortable. I didn't feel tired at all.

I want everyone to remember this when they try WBTB.
