Yes, it was probably sleep paralysis. I don't think you can open your eyes in SP - I'm not sure where you heard that. You can still hear real life noises in SP, too. |

yea sometimes you cant open your eyes in SP. one question, did everything start to become immensely loud when that happened? |

Starting again after almost 10 years.
Whether you can open your eyes or not during SP probably depends. I can't remember if I've ever been able to move my eyes in SP, though usually I can't, though if they're closed, they will sometimes slowly open on their own. Oftentimes one will open a bit before the other one. |
