      Allthough I reckon it may just also work for eyesight: The moment before you close your eyes, come to the fullest awareness you can, and as concentrated as you can be on it, Print into your memory that after you close your eyes that the first next light you see, no matter how dim, means you are Dreaming. A soft eyeblinding mask might help alot.
