      Can you choose you dreamsings?

      Hi all!
      I wasn't sure where to put this and i put it in this forum because dream signs lead to lucidity. Maybe a thread like that has been created before (sorry if this is the case) but i wanted to create one because i found that a good question for newbies like me...
      Anyways my question is can you choose your dreamsigns? Or can you have a dreamsign that you want. Like for exemple I would like my dreamsign to be a red door ( or whatever you like). Is this possible? Because after all the dreams are in your head. And if you control your dreams...why not your dreamsigns. It would be a lot easier for people do have LDs if they could do that. So, is there a way i can make my brain beleive that my dreamsign will be a big red gate or anything like that?

      PS: oh I'm really sorry i just saw that there's a forum for dreamsigns!! Uhmmm...SORRY! People who have the possibility can move it to "Dreamsigns and Recall" or if not, leave it here.

      I think you'll probably have better luck journaling and looking for common recurring images or events. My dreamsign seems to be black people, only because I dream about them alot, especially having a meal with black people. It isn't something I would have chosen, but if it gets me lucid, that's fine by me.

      (Of course, since I recognized them as a dream sign, I haven't had any more dreams with them in there. Before, it was like every other night).
