Hello people !
I was thinking about practicing meditation for a long time, because I heard that it has various effects and they're all good and they make your life better in a way.
I heard that meditation helps you to "know" your mind, put some discipline in your mind, so that it's easier to control it and that looks like something that can come in handy. I have ADD and sometimes...wait, I have to quote an emote from World of Warcraft...."Sometimes I have troubles controling the volume of my mind !" 
Anyway, what I wanted to say it that with ADD, it's hard to control my mind sometimes, ie. when I really need to concentrate on something that doesn't look very interesting. But don't get me wrong, I don't see ADD as a disorder, I see it as a gift.
So...the reason I started this thread under "Attaining Lucidity" topic is because I believe that meditaion can help me a lot with controling my mind, and therefore, with controling my awareness in the dream state, correct me if I'm wrong.
I would like to start practicing meditation, but I don't exactly know how to do it, so, if anyone can explain me how to do it and what do I need to know about meditation and if it has any effects on attaining lucidity, please do it.
