Thread: [SP] Best way to do it

My reason for this thread, is to compile a list over the best tutorials, on how to enter sleep paralysis. I've thread through a bunch, and they all seem good, but as it is with all techniques, it's hard to find techniques that also have more positive response, than negative.

So, the only techniques that apply in this thread, are techniques that also have some positive feedback/response. I've been searching around on DV my self, but find it quite hard, to track all the buried diamonds. Post what you know of, and make the list bigger.

It's okay with some chatting in this thread, but I'd rather have people only post a link, a description of the technique, and perhaps some examples of other people having success with it (posts from other members, obviously).

If you go to bed when really tired and lay still couple of minutes, concentrating on counting, you should get SP (if you can keep your mind awake). I haven't gotten SP from that yet because I fall asleep but I think it's really near everytime. I am going to try it tonight again.

I think one rule of course is to not move at all.. try not to even move your eyes in their sockets.

It's not that I don't know how to, but maybe there are more efficient ways.
