      I just fall asleep.

I keep lying there counting, I get into trance, SP sensation and vibrations, the next thing I know is that I wake up at morning. How is it even possible to keep the mind awake?

I take it you're attempting to transition to a lucid dream right from the start of your nightly core sleep? If that's true you should instead sleep for a few hours first, 4 or 5, before attempting to WILD.

Using the Wake Back To Bed method is good.

It's usually difficult to get there right at the start of your nightly sleep.

One time I tried to do it my first time going to sleep, I layed there for about an entire hour without moving a muscle, all of a sudden I hear this voice from right beside my bed, (HS none the doubt) and it actually made me JUMP in fear my heart rate must of went from 45 to 80 in a second. XD!!

LOL you were almost there buddy. I recomend for anyone who deals with WILDs to play some kind of ambient sound while doing it cause you don't want to hear disturbing sounds that form in your head while in SP. Trust me, I tried WILDing without the sounds and the only thing I could hear was a scary baby laugh and cry. It scared the shit out of me and I came out of SP.
