      Some Updates & Questions

So I've finally decided to start REALLY trying to get lucid, so I figured I'd keep a dream journal. It's working really well, my dream recall has improved to the point where I'm remembering 3 or 4 dreams a night.

      Questions:

      What's the next step?

      and...
I wasn't purposefully trying to WILD, but I was lying in bed and kind of spaced out, and then I felt like my bed was falling, or the room was shrinking or something... it had something to do with gravity, it's hard to explain... but was this the beginning of a WILD?

Next step is to choose a technique (maybe from the tutorials page) and see what happens! You might have to go through a few techniques before you find one that works best for you.

What you described is an excellent sign. Those sensations are often experienced upon the onset of a WILD. Keep at it!

Awesome, I really haven't looked into WILDs that much so I was wondering if those are some of the sensations you experience when you're trying to induce one. Thanks!
