I get that feeling all the time when I try to WILD. In fact, I can create the sensation by relaxing on a chair and consciously trying to make myself feel that way. I can usually control my orientation somewhat, too. |

Every time I try to WILD, about 5-10 minutes into it, i start to feel vertigo ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vertigo_(medical) ) , but it comes and goes. Like i would be laying there still. Looking into the blackness. Ill look and try to focus, and it would feel like the world just stopped spinning, and everything crashed for a second. Like a very dizzy sensation. |

Yep, I feel that often when I try to WILD, nothing wrong with it, for me it's just a sign I'm getting into SP and closer to to a lucid dream |

Everytime I try to WILD I get that spinning feeling, but it goes away after about 20 seconds. Does it mean anything? (It would be nice to know I'm not crazy) |
