haha it kind of did start off as a gloomy nightmare but, since I knew what I was doing I just ignored it. It was dark out and a guy standing outside with the gun that is why I got rid of him after that I just went on with it and no more fear..
Basically simply put how I attained it.
I laid down after a very vigorous workout. I was at the gym lifting hard for about 2 hours solid. Then came home and jump roped for about 15 more mins. Went for a 15 min jog right after.
During the gym I did a bunch of circuits.
So I came home and I was BEAT. I went in the shower for a bit. And ended up sitting in the tub during the shower and relaxing. I got out and was laying down on the bed playing on my laptop and decided I couldn't stay awake all day I was too exhausted. I figured hey I might as well try to WILD.
I laid down and didn't do any of the weird techniques yet. I just laid there. Kept my eyes closed. And my trick to fall asleep is only to not let your eyes blink just keep them shut naturally without force. Sometimes my eyes open slightly and lets light in but, its fine I just let it be.
I concentrated on the darkness and felt my body go into slight sp I was still able to move if I WANTED to but, I just relaxed. After a bit as I said it seemed like my eyes were opening like normal at first then it got more and more open. When that happens I know I have to reclose them and then I opened them to look around and I was like WAIT this isn't real. That is how the dream began.
It's weird that every time I did manage to get into a wild. It was gloomy to start off. After I just lived the dream and continued to control it. It became illuminated and more of a "happy place" What I did not understand.
The house from the front appeared to be HUGE probably 10,000 sqft. Not the biggest around here but, definitely big. When I went in the front door to the fridge. it was a small room. I went to the right of the fridge to another room since there was no door to the left and it was a nicely set up living room but, small. Once I went one more door towards the right I was walking out a screen door to the outside world.....Then when I walked to the back I found one more room that was the original starting point of the initial dream. It was a big open room that was considered a dining room but, way over sized with room for 50 people maybe.
You might call me crazy. But, for some odd reason I believe that the heavy working out helped me attain lucidity.
Not by any special means but, just because my muscles were fatigued and relaxed. It just made it easier to get fully relaxed and fall into SP when your muscles don't feel like really working haha. I'm getting my wisdom teeth out in a few hours. So heavy lifting for another week is out. But, hopefully after that I will continue to try my WILDing after intense workouts again.
Ps I'd really like someone else to try this. I will even give you my workout that worked for me and many others to get in great shape. If you are female I do have a girl I train daily and I think it works for her. haha.
The purpose of giving you the workout is because its based off %s. Although some people are stronger and some weaker. You will still have to push yourself JUST as hard as the other people. I think its better than having someone who benches 450 doing 225 for sets of 10 vs someone benching 150 benching sets of 10 with 135. If you look at the % then you see why the person has to try harder. One person is doing 50% of their max and the other is doing 90%. Not very fair is it.
