Wow 10 Lucid Dreams Last night!!!

Last night i listened to this 3 times before i fell asleep.

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c21d-aJHyzc

I listened to it with earphones and layed in bed with the lights off. I relaxed and just let my thoughts flow and listened to the sounds.

After the third time of listening I just turned the music off and went to sleep. After about 5 hours of sleep I woke up drank some chocolate milk with a single 100mg B6 and went back to sleep.

After about 30 minutes my first Lucid Dream in the chain of Lucid Dreams to come.

Wow every time I had a Lucid Dream it was awesome!!! Every time I would wake up I would just imagine being somewhere and I was there.

The coolest thing was the last Lucid Dream was about 20 minutes long! I focused on the visuals which was so 100% real, I focused on the noise of the trees and the planes that always fly over my house, and felt the street as I walked.

I even walked around the neighbourhood and made my self the sexiest guy that has ever walked on the face of the earth! Which was cool since I passed by a lot of girls.

I even stopped a car in the middle of the road and told the driver to get out, he said no. So i grabbed him by the shirt and said 'Geeeet the hell out the car' threw him out and floored the gas.

After my tenth LD i had to write this down.

The thing is I dont know what caused me to have so many LD's. Was it the audio? the chocolate milk+B6?

I thought your other method was 100%, why do you need audio to induce LD's?

Binaural beats helps me a lot when it comes to dream recall and vividness.
But the only one i have tried yet is the one on I-doser, but that one is great.

That is the one off I-Doser, I'm pretty sure. Sounds the same as most I-Doser things.

Hehe! I found that movie via IRC last night too! Kind of the same effect as driving a long time in a noisy car.. (White noise.)

I thank you for sharing your experience!

lol I know you're youtube account now

But anyway if it worked for you then it obviously either works or it's a VERY good placebo. I'll give it a try. I won't be able to listen to it "straight before bed", does that really matter?

These are NOT binaural beats. Listen to the left and right streams individually and then both together and you notice no difference, whereas with binaural beats the "beat" is only audible when both are listened to simultaneously.

      Placebo much?

Maybe your dream became lucid because you woke up, then went back into a dreaming state. If you've ever woken up just as a dream is getting good, it is not difficult to get back into it.

Last night I listened to IDoser's Lucid Dream file, and it gave me an extremely vivid dream in which I can recall each part in great detail of it, but not the order in which they occured. When I woke up, I decided to go back to sleep and I achieved lucidty. It wasn't very long, but it was long enough to do some experiments i've been trying to do in a dream for a while. Woke up, and went back into a lucid dream again. This was just wishful thinking as it lasted maybe a minute (in dream time).

In the first LD I wanted to see how real touch could be in a dream. As I walked each surface felt exactly as it looked it would. I was on the side of a highway near my house. I bent over and touched a slightly more coarse curb with my hand and it also felt like a real one (though there is no curb on this highway in real life). All the feelings were weak but incredibly accurate. I also remember questioning whether I was in a dream and thinking how dumb I looked if I wasn't.

Tonight, I will listen to Idoser again, and set an alarm for around two hours after the end of the dose and go back to sleep. I will report my results tomorrow.

why does it work? how do i put it on something less bulky as a computer? do i have to listen to it on a loop? how would i do that? do i need to listen to it throughout the night or do i put it on a sleep timer?

I do not understand Idoser. The description says listen to it, then go to sleep. That's what I did, and haven't really had much sucess.
