Yeah, WILDs right before bed = probably not going to happen. WBTB is your best bet. After about 5-5.5 hours is a good time to get up at, around then is your longest REM period.
      WILDs - 38
      MILD/DILDs - 44
      VILDs - 8
TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
Total: 98 - So close to the big 100

I'd agree. Those are usually the symptoms of wanting to WILD so much that it's impossible to achieve. Also, no offense, but how are 2-3 LDs a month make you a "natural lucid dreamer." I know plenty of people that do not consider themselves experienced LDers and have the same amount of LDs.
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.

I did not mean to consider myself experienced,I just pointed the fact that
I have been lucid dreaming naturally without actually trying to induce them.
it was just to let you guys know that I do know how a lucid feels like.I did not mean to boast my lucidity skills because I am quite aware that I am a novice.

      As for wilding....

I have been trying wbtb and got very close to wilding

but I either lost my lucidity or fell asleep,I think I just need practice and I will nail it down.

Also a very strange thing happened to me , I was in bed trying to wild and fell asleep.
I was dreaming about trying to wild and actually making the transition and as I finished the
transition I woke up with a painful buzz in my head(followed by a high pitch sound)
this was very scary because it actually seemed to effect my brain...
I felt like I have done a lot of brain activity or something(like doing math for a long period).

anyone has ever experienced something like that?
