      Almost Lucid?

      So... About last night.

      I recently got this MP3 from the forums that's supposed to help induce a lucid dream, white noise and whatnot. Well, I put it on repeat and put on my headphones to listen to it. I was stoked to use it. So, I let my thoughts come and go and focused on the white noise. Well, eventually, my arms felt really heavy and numb.

      Was that the onset of sleep paralysis?

      Well, then, it seemed like my mind went into overdrive. I didn't feel any vibrations or anything like that, but I could clearly see scenarios in my head that I was in. Were these lucid dreams? Or just my mind playing tricks on me?

      Numbness isn't exactly the same as full-blown SP and being unable to move.

      You may have been dreaming and you may not. It can be very hard to tell.

      I haver those dream-like scenarios too when i'm about to fall asleep. They are just like really advanced day-dreams though.

      14 LD's - 12 DILDs, 1 FILD, 1 MILD

      So I guess the next logical question would be...

      How do I discern between a day-dreaming state and a lucid state?

      Well I just try to see if I am still aware of my body...if I am then i'm in one of those advanced day-dreams
