A MUST read for anyone serious about WILDing

Get the book "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce. Don't be confused by the overlap between astral projection and lucid dreaming. He details a million ways to "exit the body" as you are falling asleep.

If I have the time I'll type out a short segment of the book.. but is about 700 pages long!

In Robert Bruce's mind.. he seems to say that Astral Projecting is almost a higher form of lucid dreaming because you have to move to greater levels with your energy body. At the very least; its great WILD instruction

I've heard that it is an awesome book. I had it in my Amazon cart ready to order because it was on sale a while back but then the cheap version got sold out so I never got it. I do have some books by Robert Monroe though and they are amazing and very interesting.

Is this what your talking about? Not 700 pages, but it has the same title and is by the same guy. Could you direct me to the sections where it talks about exiting the body?

Nice. so what do you all mean by leaving the body. laying in the bed and feel like you can walk away and let the body stay in bed? see yourself from outside the body? sounds intersting =D

Astral projection is a paranormal interpretation of an out-of-body experience achieved via lucid dreaming.

The easiest way to have an OOBE is to have a Lucid Dream via WILD (Sensation of leaving your body via Sleep Paralysis)

IMO, Astral projection = OOBE = Lucid Dreaming. Depending on what you call it, you become limited my the mysticism or occults surrounding that term, since dreams in general are very pliable to what your beliefs are.

Yeah, that's a good book. If you don't want to spend the money, try this:

      http://www.v-j-enterprises.com/rbastral.html

I've used the ROPE technique a few times. It's been effective enough to continue experimenting with.

His "following OBE (dream) anomalies to other worlds" technique is similar to Castanada's "follow the scout to the world of inorganic beings" technique. More experimentation is required.

I forgot to mention that Bruce's ROPE technique is very similar to the technique Monroe gives in Journeys Out Of The Body. I think it's an improvement.

If you think Astral Projection is still luciding dreaming (which I do as well) then he has some amazing techniques that DV hasn't covered and he goes into clear and in depth explanations. He's had far more experiences than us and should be allowed to call it whatever he wants. The man is also very down to earth and shouldn't be dismissed because of vagaries.

There are sections in the book where he refers to Lucid Dreaming and WILDing.. Until I read what he had to teach about it, I was still unaware of a few things but Robert worded it in such a way that I really got inspired and now have enthusiasm whereas before I only had fear and doubt..

The book is worth it, trust me..

Again to anyone who wants this ebook for free, PM me for a private Download Link free of charge..
