What method(s) are effective for you?

What method, to induce a lucid dream, works the best for you guys. Tell me in details like clarity, control of dreams, legnth of dreams, etc.

I haven't tried any except WBTB...I didn't become lucid...but the Dream was vivid, and real...IT WAS AWESOME...Going to use the same method tomorrow...and hope to become lucid!

Isn't MILD like WILD, since your conscience saying "I'm gonna remember my dream"

What about masturbating before bed, that gets me tired, and helps me fall asleep faster.?

Also, can you gimme some tips on using these techniques so they can become more effective.

      Thanks, peace

Definately WBTB. Works like a charm, when I do it properly. If I wake at 4 in the morning, write down my dreams that Ive just had, and think of nothing but dreaming for an hour and a half, then go back to sleep....almost never fails really.

      what about masturbating before bed?[/b]
So Im not the only one. Gets me really tired and sleepin like a baby...

edited inmg you're from Irvine,CA! I don't remember ever seeing a scarier place....

So far i'm having some decent success with WILD, but i've had the best success with my first attempt at a MILD.

      What the hell is DILD?

anyway i've chosen WBTB. I suck at MILD(i cant visualize very well) and I've only done WILD once...

im still experimenting with WBTB though, but so far the results are positive.

Bah, isn't WBTB just like WILD? I mean.. they tell you to combine WBTB with either MILD or WILD. So WBTB isn't really a method in itself, is it?

Looks like WBTB is taking the lead.

I chose Other as my only LD was using the HILD technique. It's sorta WBTB and WILD combined... sorta

Thinking of it, more then half of my LDs are achieved by WILD/FA...

NILD was my favorite way. (nightmare-induced)

However, recently i do a sorta WILD i call broken consciousness.. basically i try to float in the area of waking and sleeping.. if i wake too much i sleep, if i sleep well.. i sleep. But in there I find its very easy to WILD and it seems to come naturally.

I really don't know what to say about masteubatin, other then the fact yeah it makes you tired.. but it lowers awareness.

      Then again..

      bah, whatever
