Everytime I go to sleep telling myself "I will remember my dreams blah blah blah...", there's always a song stuck in my head! And everytime I try to unstick it by thinking about another song, the other song gets stuck instead! |

Practice not thinking about anything. If you can't do that, then anytime a song gets stuck in your head, just let it go, and force yourself to re-concentrate on Lucid Dreaming and telling yourself you'll remember them. |

this is always annoying, do you listen to music right before you go to bed? |

The problem is that I can manage to focus on my breathing for about 5-10 seconds, but then my mind wanders and goes back to the song. Would it work if I'm autosuggesting and thinking about the song at the same time, even with the phrase being repeated slightly "stronger" than the song in my head? |

Try using the LEAST catchy song you know, I usually use a song called My Redeemer Lives" from when I was in fourth grade |

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it
5-10 seconds of breathing is definately not enough. If you lose concentration of counting your breaths, just keep getting back to it. About 100 counts should do for autosuggestion. |

I don't trust anyone who claims that he/she is not a pervert as much as I don't trust anyone who says that he/she doesn't believe in love.
Yeah I have the same problem. Don't know any way of getting rid of it though. |

Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.
listen to classical music. This always helps me when I have a song stuck in my head. (or something w/o lyrics.) |
