      Dreams...BUT NO LUCIDITY

I tried the WBTB method. I stayed up an hour after sleeping for 6 ours. I was on this forum, and reading about lucid dreaming. I went to sleep, and it took me about an hour to fall asleep. I did have a dream, it was vivid, and seemed super real, but I wasn't LUCID.

I just get caught up with the dreamworld (ex. How did my mom get here? I guess she came on her own car) and then I don't know I'm lucid.

RC's don't come in mind, because I get caught up with what's happening.

What the hell do I do. How many RC's do I have to do per day?

What he said. Ya can't really expect this to work all at once. You said that dream you had was extremely vivid.. sounds like a good start to me!

try again it will come with practice. I used to do milds and record my dreams when i had my initial lucid dreams after wards when I gradually stopped that i did the WBTB and it now works for me.

I tend to remember my lucid dreams more than my regular dreams

Maybe I shouldn't wake up for a long time! Just got back to sleep after like 10-20 min. Because both attempts, it took me forever to sleep!!! I was doing WILD, and got very impatient! (2 hours!!!)

its better if you stay awake for at least 45 minutes.

Sore keep trying the WBTB, or MILD or WILD. Your first lucid dream WILL come.

WE ARE ALL PULLING FOR YOU!!!!

I had my first one after 1 month. Be dedicated, comitted and you WILL have your first lucid dream.

If you have some money you might want to pitch for the LD incucing devices those are helpful training wheels I have heard.
