Hrm, seems like a tricky technique. Personally I think that just being optimistic about having a lucid dream isn't enough. You should try other things like repeating to yourself how to lucid dream or more physical techniques like the FILD. |

Hi, I have been for the past year been using what I call impression induced lucid dreams. I basically induce a very good confidence/mood for lucid dreaming and do a few checks during the daytime and try my best to maintain that mood/confidence until at night when sleeping. So with the impression already charged up from daytime...I simply...blast away all the feeling and emotion and intent and confidence to have a lucid dream...I think of the objective/plan of becoming lucid and the checks I did during the day. It did give me lucid dreams but I find that this may be an inefficient/wrong way to have them because I only have them if the impression is very strong and to maintain it strong needs quite alot of effort. Does anyone use this way to induce lucid dreams or perhaps have an easier variation of it? |
