      WBTB and music

Has anyone tried listening to music during the WBTB method?

Does it work? and what happends?

I listen to Stand up Comedy, when I go to sleep (not using the WBTB method) but don't get any dreams of Eddie Murphy/Chris Rock or anything.

A lotta times, especially before school, when the alarm (music station) goes off, you think the music is playing in your dream (at a party or something)...it's awesome

Today I had a dream that I was at this meeting, and I was doing a speech...and George Dub-ya was there sitting...man I was bashing him...(see I get caught up...forget to say..how the F*** did the pres. get here). he was laughing though.

Maybe if there is some lucid music I could buy it and listen to it. Haven't tried listening to music yet. I have had an 80 to 100 percent success rate with WBTB so far. Sometimes I just fall directly back to sleep and i get a lucid dream.

I could be a little overestimating on my success rate but its been working pretty well. I usually remember my lucid dreams more than my regual dreams. I usually stay up for 20-30 minutes. Unfortuntately my lucid dreams arent as vivid as I would like them to be.

The optimal time is 60 minutes. I think you are supposed to be completely awake before you fall back asleep. Surprisingly sometimes i am sleepy and i dont want to wake up so i just lay in my bed till i fall asleep and i have a lucid dream. Not all the time but sometimes.

Recently i havent been practicing the WBTB but soon i will start up again.

If you think about lucid dreams during the day and try WBTB you should have a lucid dream.

It's spelled "sqwiggy" now, is it?

I can do 30 mins. But I seriously doubt I'd fall back asleep after 60. Do you think it's important to try WILD/MILD with WBTB? Can you simply fall asleep like you normally do?

Most of the time my music just finds its way into my dream and becomes like a theme song or something. It's cool, especially when I'm doing something active like running from someone or fighting and some fast-paced music is on. As far as WBTB goes, you could give it a shot, but more likely you either won't get to sleep or the music will incorporate itself into your dreams.

I usually fall asleep normally with out any mild or wild. I think it works well because you have set your intent already by staying up and reading aobut lucid dreaming.
