my problem...

Today i woke up because i got a phone call from couple of my friends. Anyways i tried to remember my dream like 2 min from when they called but i couldent. Now im also thinking , my dreams are so blured like not detailed that it would be so hard to picture me actually controling them. In the past i have had dreams that i had really gotten into and they were nicely detailed etc... but having a dream where everything is like in the real world except i control everything ... is really hard to see at this point....

what you think?

Hi Free!

All you can do is to keep a dream journal and try to remember as much as possible when you first wake up. Your recal and dream vividness should improve with practice.

BTW, are you on any medication that could be affecting your dreams? I've found that different substances really mess with my dream recall.

Well like me, you sem to be new to LD's

but you say u have trouble recalling. I suggest trying to set an alarm to wake u just before one of your REM dreams finishes. Don't worry if u can't get it right straight of, even recall can take abit of practise

you know its funny... i left my house today right after i made this post and went out with my friends to the movies. On the way to meet up with my friends on the bus i was thinking of something and all of a sudden a piece of my dream returned to be it was like 5 seconds then boom ... agian everything just became blurry and i couldent remember in my mind....

then right before the movie was about to start all of a sudden my friend talked about soccer, and boom ... i remembered that last night i had a dream about playing soccer but somehow a dude (dont know who) had a trick he used this machine to put himself through and he could run really fast and would not get tired or anything etc... my dream still isnt that clear but i remember that i played in a soccer game and i scored 2 goals and we won 2-1 ... but thats as much as i remember now... it is wierd because this happened to me again ... 2 days ago before i went to sleep i remembered a dream that i had 2 days before that , and really this doesnt make any sense as i should loose my memory the longer i go....

also nah i dont take any medication what so ever ... im totaly clean and healthy.... although i do go to sleep around 3-4 am (this summer only)
