      restlessness during WILDs

I've tried to do a WILD twice now using the WBTB method, but when I get into the deeper stages of it, I start to feel restlessness and the need to move or twitch. Can I be allowed to move my legs or arms and not lose total concentration, or should I tough it out?

Um, I think a little movement is okay. In the tutorials it says something like, "If you have an itch, scratch away, just don't lose concentration." I'm sure changing positions or something would ruin it though.

Try WBTB with mild or try it with out doing either one. For me just reading about lucid dreaming is enough to make me remember to become lucid. I just climb back to bed and go to sleep.

Id jsut reccomend not getting ahead of yourself. Dont get anxious about whats to come, and just chill out and enjoy your moments of not being asleep. Make sense?

I to have the problem with restlessness. I try to lie on my back since then i wont go to sleep so fast. Well it feels like i never will get to sleep. So after a while i begin to feel restless, and when it gets unberable i swap over my left side saying to myself. "Well i can try to do WILD on my left side then". Some minutes later im usualy deeply asleep.
My problem is conentration. tend to swift away into other thoughts, and ive noticed i concentrate to much on my body and how it feels. Analysing to much. But working on this problem.

for WILD, i think waking up for like 5 minutes, then going back to bed is the easier and faster way to get to sleep. that way you're still tired when going back to bed.

THat definately might work but the odds of losing awareness and not getting lucid are much higher the less you're awake, so if you can actually fall asleep after 90 minutes, which I have no problem doing if Ive had little sleep, then the odds are really good.
