I've tried to do a WILD 3 times now using the WBTB method and last night I got the closest. I was feeling short little muscle twitch spasms, and I even started hearing this medium pitched sort of chime sound the sort faded in and out ringing in my ear, but when I did get any sound at all, I started breathing really heavy, and couldn't keep my focus, it was almost like nervous breathing. Short quick breaths and sort of a suffocated hyper-venaleting. How can I make myself more calm and these the right WILD signs to be having? How close was I?
