Thread: RC's

i think it used to be do a RC all the time and you will do it in your dream but now people are saying only to do it when you see something odd. so it would be a good idea to get into the habit of looking for something odd and do a RC.
and one of the best ways is to set your watch to go off every half hour to do a RC.

ussually i try to pay attention to my enviroment and RC once in a while
but i rarely do an RC in a dream. If am lucky i'll become lucid once a week
