The world will end after 3 nights unless you become lucid. This is no longer your hobby, your occasional interest, or your half-hearted pursuit. The fate of the entire world rests on your shoulders. This is your one and only responsibility for this period of time. What do you do? Be specific. My list: - WBTB each night. Sleep from 11pm to 5am. Get up, stretch, back to bed. Count "1... i'm dreaming... 2... i'm dreaming... 3... i'm dreaming" until I fall asleep. Set alarm for 90 minutes later. Repeat WBTB process in one hour. - For 10 minutes of every waking hour I will cycle through my list of dream signs. I will visualize myself recognizing them and becoming lucid (via the 'Check Your Hands' reality check). - Every time I speak to someone during the next 3 days I will do a mental reality check. How did I get here? How did this person get here? What day of the week is it? - For the hour prior to sleep I will write out all the reasons I should become lucid. "I've been recording my dreams for ages...I know all my dream signs...I have the perfect brain chemistry for lucid dreaming...I been lucid many times in the past, I know the feeling...My subconscious will guide me to lucidity... The whole universe conspires in my favour... Everyone is depending on me, I wont let them down... etc" - For the last few minutes prior to sleep I will pray. I'm not really a religious person, but I'll pray for the help and the strength of dreamers everywhere. What would you do? Bonus points if you actually do it and save the world.
