In the WBTB method,you sleep for 5 hours or so and then you have to wake yourself completly up and write in your dream journal,read about lucid dreaming ect. for an hour or so. But I am not the type of person that can fall asleep when I am not tired. So,after I went back to bed,I wouldn't not fall asleep for probably a long time,since I am completly awake. What should I do? Please help. |
