      "Simulating" REM?

Last night as I was trying a WILD, in the early stage of it I tryed experimenting a little and made my eyeballs go like all over the place real fast, somewhat like they do in REM. Now I don't know the speed they move at in REM but well, I moved them as fast as I could. Then I stopped and a few seconds after that, I felt some sort of vibration and other sensations going through my body, no HI though and also nothing more, I just went on with the WILD and eventually lost consciouseness.

But now the part is that eye movement, because it seemed to trigger sensations for me, could that get me further and improve the WILDing?

      Could indeed.

I often cross my eyes really hard for a few seconds, then after i stop, it seems to speed up the process.
