      I always do an RC before I go to sleep, but it hasn't made my LD frequency any more frequent, yet.

      Last night however I had a really weird instance where I did a nose RC after I gave up trying to WILD and I was still awake. Then I turned over to go to sleep, did another RC 20 seconds later and I was dreaming! I nearly flipped out, I hadn't noticed any transition at all.
