Good to see that you finally got a WILD. You deserve it after trying for so long!

Let us know if you have any questions from this point.

I do have a question, in fact. By reading daily, I have heard that people can wake up in rem, then instantly go into a wild, taking only about 30 seconds to be back into a dream. How do they keep their mind awake right after waking up, I always instantly fall asleep
"He felt that his whole life was some kind of dream and he sometimes wondered whose it was and whether they were enjoying it."

I believe you are referring to DEILD, or dream exit induced lucid dream? It's where you wake up from a dream, but don't move and instantly try to WILD. Also known as dream re-entry, there's a tutorial on it in the Tutorials section.

As for falling asleep too quickly, you can do common WILD techniques such as visualizing yourself back in the dream, or counting "1 - I'm dreaming, 2 - I'm dreaming" etc. These will keep your mind focused on lucidity, but should prevent you from losing consciousness too quickly.
