      Gonna try to W.I.L.D tonight any tips?

      Hey guys i'm going to W.I.L.D tonight
      And i was just wondering if you have any tips that helps you W.I.L.D (Not stuff that's already posted or In Tutorials)

      PS: I was thinking that after i WTB at 3:00 if drinking warm milk will help me relax and fall asleep better?

      The milk might help if it helps you relax, but don't drink too much or you might wake up to go to the bathroom during your dreams.

      3:00 might be early, but it depends on when you go to bed and when your REM cycles are. Since you're planning to do it so early I would disagree with Wave about drinking a lot of milk. You may want it to wake you up after your dream

      I would wake up later unless you go to bed early (9-10ish), I used to wake up early but usually my REM didn't start.
