      When To Eat

I asked this on another thread but I'm going to ask again because I'm about to try my first WILD... I'm going to eat a banana, cheese and dark chocolate... I'm not sure if I should eat before I go to sleep or when I wake up before I WILD...

I also have a question about the WILD transition... When you are going into your dream, does the dream fade in??? How does the dream appear while you're transitioning...

To your WILD transition question: It can be either. It's not always the same for me, either. Sometimes, it's like the dream pops up completely right away, other times, it starts as HIs, and the dream starts to pop up and fade in around you. If this happens, and you can still feel your body in your bed, try rubbing your dream hands together, or spind around your own axis to ground yourself.

1st question. I was also reading the CILD post and I tried chocolate too. I ate it 10 times: 5 before sleep, 5 after waking up at 5. I had 5 incredibly long lasting and vivid dreams from waking up and eating it. Im pretty sure its not just placebo
