      help with lucid test

      Alright,so a while ago I got this clock that I could set an alarm to a song on my ipod.I heard there was music that induces lucid dreaming.so if I were to set an alarm for that music during my estimated REM time would I have more chance of having a lucid dream?I am going to test this but I need to get some of that music anywhere you know I could get some?Advice to improve this test helps to.

      philosphiser, you could also listen to the various MP3s and MP4s posted on this forum which have lucid dreaming inductions and/or subliminals imbedded in music that you can listen/fall asleep to.

      If you click on the "Search" link next to the "Staff" link above and use the search words "mp3* download" or "mp4* download" and seach "posts".. you will be provided with a lot of posts that include mp3s/mp4s that you can download for free.
