After setting my alarm at a different time for a period of a week, i have noticed no effect on how close i get to becoming lucid... i really don't know when is the best time for me (and i know everyone is different) but i have no idea how to find out. A trial and error method does not seem to work for me. I'm pretty frustrated now, and i know that this is certainly not the right attitude to have but i see no real light at the end of the tunnel.

Enthusiasm dwindling fast seeing as my friend IRL "Dizko" seems to have more opportunities and close calls than i. Again, everyone is different, but its been near 3 months now and not even a DILD... just sleep paralysis....
