      This Will Help Me...

      I've been noticing that the for the past 3 nights I've been dreaming about people that have been talked about on the forums... (Celebrities) If I try to come up with my own celebrity, than it isn't as surprising to my subconscious... So if anyone could give me an idea of how to induce lucid dreaming by this, that would be very helpful...

      Use affirmations and say, "When I say *Celebrity* I'll know I'm Dreaming!"

      GOOD WILD's: 4 (Got it down Bitches!)
      GOOD DILD's: 3
      Short LD's: At Least 40

      You want to know how to use the celebrities to trigger lucidity?

      Its a simple dream sign technique. Use affirmations before sleep and during the day that you will remember when you see ANY celebrity and will check reality. During the day, everytime someone mentions a celebrity...or you see a picture of one on tv or on a magazine do a reality check. Remind yourself as you fall asleep

      This is how you form a habit and should lead you to DILD.
