I remember a few people mentioning coffee. Don't drink a lot though, if you drink a whole cup of coffee you'll probably be wired. |

When I wake up after sleeping for several hours (by an alarm clock), and I want to try and WILD, SP, etc. I have trouble finding the right amount of time to stay awake. If I stay awake for too little, I fall asleep spontaneously after laying down for a while (no matter what I'm thinking about). If I stay up too long, I might as well have just gone to bed, because I'm wide awake and I lose the sleep feel. Is there anything I can do, eat, or drink that will make this easier for me? |

Kay, thanks. I don't drink coffee and rarely have caffeinated sodas, but I'm sure I can find something. By the way, what do you think I should attempt once I've gotten to that stage? Sleep paralysis, VILD, DILD, etc.? |

Since you're not much used to caffeine, I would say only take a couple of sips of a caffeinated soda on your first try and see how that goes. Just buy a soda bottle and it should last for a few days. |
