      Theory of WILD & Questionaire

      Hello all,

I have been trying to get down WILD for over a year now with no success until a few weeks ago, and I think I know what the problem was for me.

Every time it has worked I got about 1 hour less sleep then I needed for a couple days prior.

It seems that if I do not get enough sleep, I go through the stages of sleep faster because my body is trying to catch up.

I was just curious of the people on these forums that WILD successfully, how many of you feel really tired when you go to bed?

It depends on what kind of day I had if i go to sleep tired.
I dont really think that how much sleep you got prior to WILDING.
Well, it does but just not to the point where you can't WILD.
I hope i've answered your question.

If I feel tired when I go to bed? Not really.

But when I wake up though.... Woah, then I'm really tired.

Interesting, I'll be able to try this tonight as I only got 5 1/2 hours of sleep last night.
